About Smoke & Bones BBQ
We specialize in the art of Southern Style Barbecue, the real authentic, low and slow way of cooking food. Entirely authentic and cooked in “big ole smokers” from the Deep South using a hardwood fire and coals. This is the real deal! Our passion is about sharing our award winning food through our restaurant, our catering company or through our Ribfest competition team.
