We understand that every event is different and has its own unique challenges. We can offer you several different options to suit your logistics & budget.
Consultations/Tastings
We would love the opportunity to help plan your perfect event as well as to show off our Award-Winning Southern BBQ. We generally will offer tastings for those who require it at the restaurant. Please set this up with your Catering Coordinator and we can arrange the details for your party.
Payments & Terms
We Require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit based on the provided quote at the time of your Booking
We Require your final Guest Counts and the Balance owing on your account in no later then 7 Business days before your event
We Except Most Methods of payment; Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, Visa, Master Card & American Express
All Accounts are subject to 5% GST as well as an 18% Industry Standard Staffing Charge for Full Service Events

Smoker Trailer For all onsite cooking & Photo Ops. We Have 4 unique custom-built units and they are booked out on a first reserved first booked basis. Each Trailer will come loaded with wood and a Fire Extinguisher. All Burning is contained in an enclosed chamber so There will be no open flames
