Our Smokers

These are the BBQ's that we can bring to your event. They are wood and charcoal burning bbq pits that use the low and slow approach to cooking meat. In Georgia and the Carolinas, common cuts of meat like pork shoulder are cooked for up to eighteen hours over a bed of coals and hardwood. This process allows the infusion of smoke, spices and bastes to create very tender and flavorful meat. In Texas, beef is the choice of meat and beef brisket reigns as the king of BBQ. If you have never tried real BBQ you are in for a real treat.
